All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Cost: Free on orders over £90
  • European Union: £9 for orders under £90
  • United Kingdom: £9 for orders under £90
  • Other Countries: £14 for orders under £90

  • United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland

Shipping availability may be restricted for certain products or destinations due to local regulations.

4. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Orders over £90 within the EU qualify for free standard shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based only on destination. All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on our website or the carrier’s website.

If you don’t receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.

6. Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails, the package will typically be held at a local depot or post office for pickup. Check your tracking information for details.

Lost or Damaged Packages: Please inspect your package upon delivery. Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
