Our commitment to your satisfaction

1. Return Policy Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Important: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

2. Eligible Returns

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Products damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect items sent by mistake

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products returned after 30 days
  • Products damaged by misuse

4. How to Return an Item

Step-by-Step Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected]
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Package the item securely with the RMA number visible
  5. Ship the item back using the provided return label

Note: Do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

5. Return Shipping

Defective or Incorrect Items: We provide free return shipping labels for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Change of Mind Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the order qualifies for free returns (orders over £90).

International Returns: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Refund Timeline: 5-10 business days (varies by payment provider)
  • Notification: Email confirmation when refund is processed

Note: Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different product variants (if available)
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items sent by mistake

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Follow the same process as returns, but specify that you want an exchange.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. Include your order number and description of the issue
  4. We will arrange for immediate replacement or refund

We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

9. Refund Status

You can check the status of your return or refund by:

  • Logging into your account on our website
  • Contacting customer service with your RMA number
  • Checking your email for status updates
